Sea to Sky Highway

March 12, 2018

The Sea to Sky Highway runs from North Vancouver through Squamish to Whistler and beyond. It’s official name is BC Highway 99.

If you start in Vancouver it will only take a few hours to get up to Whistler. However, the incredible scenery and the insane amount of outdoor activities to do between vancover and whistler it can easily take up a weekend  or longer. There are many cultural points of interest, historical sites and national parks along the way to explore.

One of the main outdoor activities in the summer season is kiteboarding. The location is at the Spit in the town of Squamish, located on the Sea to Sky Highway.

Our Kiteboarding school is located in downtown Squamish close to the Sea to sky highway and it is easy to get to. When you take lessons with us, you don’t have to go to the Spit. All you have to do is get to our location in downtown Squamish.  From our school we will set you up and we walk to the marina where our boats are. We take you on the boat out to Howe Sound!

Directions to Aerial Kiteboarding School

From the Sea to Sky Highway, take the turn into Cleveland Ave. Follow this road untill you hit Pemberton Ave. There turn to the right, and take the second to the left which is 2 Ave. Drive this street all the way up passing the Squamish Library. Just before Vancouver Street you will find Aerial kiteboarding on your right side.
