Our Policies

  • All cancellations or rescheduling of courses can be done 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled experience. If cancellations are requested within the 48 hour period, the experience might be void.

 

  • Refunds will not be provided for any equipment purchases.

 

  • All purchases completed through Squamish Watersports are fully refundable within 60 days of purchase.

 

  • NO returns or exchanges on the following items: wetsuits and wetsuit accessories 

 

  • Any refunds requested more than 60 days after purchase are subject to a processing fee.

 

  • Purchases completed in a previous fiscal year (ending Oct 31) are non-refundable, fully transferable to another student or can be used as credit in our shop.

 

  • Repairs must be picked up within the 2 weeks following your notification of completion or subject to a $10/week storage fee.

 

  • Any repair or consignment gear left in store must be picked up by October 1st . Any gear left onsite past this date is subject to a $25/month storage fee.
