Echo Lake Shuttle – Additional Information:
Shuttle from our marina to the Echo Lake trailhead on one of our zodiac boats.
What to Bring:
- A towel
- A thermos or water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses with a tether (preferably floatable)
- Warm clothing for before/after (e.g., fleece or polyester)
- A dry bag, if you want to bring your phone or other non-waterproof items

Squamish Watersports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Water Shuttle Information:
As this shuttle crosses an active waterway, you should be prepared for the possibility of getting wet. Depending on tide levels, you may need to exit in shallow water and cross small creeks to reach the trailhead.
Please keep all gear in waterproof bags and ensure everything is securely attached to the vessel or your person during the shuttle. Squamish Watersports offers waterproof bags (5L to 30L) for rent or purchase.
Pickup Coordination & Waiting Time:
Hikers must communicate their location to help coordinate pickup times. Any additional waiting time required for group arrival or pickup, if you are not ready at the agreed time, will be charged at $125 per hour. Save our phone number for easy contact: +1 (778) 989-5483.
Liability & Scope of Service:
Our company provides transportation services only and does not own, operate, maintain, or supervise the trail or surrounding areas. All activities undertaken after departing our vessel are at the participant’s own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring on the trail or in the surrounding area.

Pickup Coordination & Timing:
Hikers must notify staff by text message upon reaching the bypass sign. A second notification is required when reaching the first power lines. The final notification must be a phone call when you reach the third power line, after which you should continue toward the pickup point via the red-marked path. You need to get to the pickup location within 25 minutes of your call.
Pickup is easier to plan with more notice, so please be sure to get in touch with us as you pass these locations. Our guides teach lessons while you hike, and therefore, coordination is needed for your pickup.
Call if any changes occur during the hike. In the case of injury, notify us immediately by phone and in writing (text or email) so we can prepare for any delay.
Additional charges may apply for late arrivals.
Shuttle & Pricing:
The $200 round trip rate is for up to 3 people. The boat accommodates up to 6 people (dogs count as one person; 1 dog per boat permitted) with day packs, or up to 5 people with overnight gear. An additional $30 per person applies for groups larger than 3. If a second boat is required, the full $200 rate applies for the additional vessel.
Bugs & Seasonal Conditions:
Mosquitoes may be present near the pickup area depending on the season, so please bring appropriate bug spray.
Transport Canada Safety Requirement:

Please ask your guide where the safety equipment is located on your boat at the start of your experience.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
